This program can increase verticals, arm strength & speed. Maximum effort = Maximum results! We train all biomechanical movement patterns required for every specific sport!
- Workouts will consist of an hour and 30 minutes per group
- Every Sunday all the groups will train at the facility

Sept 20 - Nov 10 (Full Court Access) Off-Season:
Ages 11-14: Tues 5:30-7:00PM, Sun 11:00-12:30PM
Ages 15-18: Thurs 5:30-7:00PM, Sun 1:00-2:30PM
Nov 13 - Dec 20 (Partial Court Access) In-Season:
Ages 11-14: Tues 7:00-8:30PM, Sun 10:45-12:15PM
Ages 15-18: Thurs 5:30-7:00PM, Sun 12:30-2:00PM
