.15 Technique Training Schedule

Weeks 1 & 2
PHASE ONE: INTRODUCTION TO PLYOMETRICS
These first 2 weeks of training will focus on plyometric principles and shifting the mind set from old training routines to new ways of working the foot and increasing speed, agility, and jumping ability.

Weeks 3 & 4
PHASE TWO: FOUNDATIONAL TECHNIQUES & INJURY PREVENTION
The next 2 weeks build upon plyometric principles while integrating foundational techniques that build strength and elasticity while minimizing injuries during training and peak performance.

Weeks 5 & 6
PHASE THREE: APPLYING THE .15 RULE
The exercises you'll do this week work on optimizing that .15 of a second that makes all the difference in how your body responds to being pushed to the limit.

Weeks 7 & 8
PHASE FOUR: MASTERING CALLOUTS
The final 2 weeks will focus on callouts and how they play a role in anchoring this training beyond these 8 weeks.
