This two week long training camp starts on Monday, August 1st at our state of the art facility located in Spring, TX.  

  • 5 Days Per Week
  • 2 Live Trainings Per Day (90 minutes each)
  • 1 Think and Stretch Training Per Day (performed at home)
  • Ice baths, training booklet, and closing assessment included
