The Three-A-Days Experience
This two week long training camp starts on Monday, August 1st at our state of the art facility located in Spring, TX.
- 5 Days Per Week
- 2 Live Trainings Per Day (90 minutes each)
- 1 Think and Stretch Training Per Day (performed at home)
- Ice baths, training booklet, and closing assessment included
